Job Summary
Lead the development and management of partnerships across community, heritage, tourism, arts, cultural, and creative sectors to support TAM's community and heritage objectives. Identify opportunities to create shared value through collaboration, engagement, and activation initiatives that deliver long-term public benefit. Establish credibility with stakeholders and influence diverse groups to foster public trust and ensure engagement and empowerment. Demonstrate experience building strategic partnerships across government, not-for-profit, and heritage sectors while navigating complex stakeholder environments to deliver measurable outcomes. This role focuses on legacy-building and shaping the organization's narrative within the transport system.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience building and managing strategic partnerships across community, government, not-for-profit, heritage, tourism, arts or cultural sectors
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse groups and interests
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Ability to deliver positive community, customer and business outcomes
