Job Summary
Lead Specialist, AI Solution Architect at KPMG Advisory: Architect and lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale AI solutions on Azure, drive GenAI and agent-based patterns (including RAG), translate business needs into pragmatic technical roadmaps, establish architecture standards, and mentor onshore/offshore teams while delivering secure, scalable cloud-native architectures and ensuring alignment with security, privacy, and responsible AI principles. Travel as required; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and leading enterprise-scale technology solutions
- Strong background in cloud-native architecture on Microsoft Azure
- Experience with AI-driven and modern data architectures including GenAI, agent-based systems, and RAG
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams, influencing senior stakeholders, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel as required
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
