Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale AI solutions, directing architecture and delivery with Agile/DevOps practices. Design secure, scalable cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure, leveraging IaaS/PaaS and enterprise data platforms. Drive AI strategy through proofs of concept and production transitions; translate complex business needs into pragmatic technical solutions by partnering with stakeholders. Develop advanced agentic automation patterns (including RAG, multi-agent, and A2A architectures), establish architecture standards, and mentor onshore/offshore engineering teams to foster a high-performance, innovation-driven culture. Travel as required and operate in a role that requires US work authorization without visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and leading enterprise-scale technology solutions
- Strong background in cloud-native architecture on Microsoft Azure
- Proven expertise in AI-driven and modern data architectures (GenAI, agent-based systems, RAG)
- Solid understanding of full-stack systems and APIs
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring technical teams
- Ability to travel as required
