Job Summary
Lead Specialist, AI Solution Architect responsible for architecting and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions on Azure with Agile/DevOps, guiding concept-to-production initiatives, and shaping roadmaps with business stakeholders. Will design secure, scalable cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure, implement AI-driven and GenAI-based patterns (including retrieval-augmented generation and multi-agent architectures), and establish standards for architecture artifacts, deployment, monitoring, and security practices. Will mentor onshore and offshore engineering teams, partner with product owners and architects to translate business needs into pragmatic technical solutions, and influence senior stakeholders while traveling as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and leading enterprise-scale technology solutions
- Strong background in cloud-native architecture on Microsoft Azure
- Proven expertise in AI-driven and modern data architectures including GenAI and RAG
- Experience leading and mentoring technical teams and communicating with senior stakeholders
- Ability to travel as required
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
