Job Summary
Lead, Special Projects role supporting the Founder across hiring, partnerships, fundraising, and market entry; drive local market entry from strategy to hands-on execution, build and execute initial hiring plans, support fundraising materials and investor conversations, establish local presence (office setup, vendors, operating structure), drive external positioning (PR, partnerships, relationships), turn ambiguous ideas into executable plans, serve as a central operator across teams to track priorities and resolve bottlenecks, and handle high-urgency, unstructured problems with speed and sound judgment.
Required Qualifications
- Background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles
- Strong generalist capable of switching between strategy, hiring, operations, and execution
- High agency; proactive and autonomous in ambiguity
- Strong judgment to prioritize and decide with incomplete information
- Clear and concise communication with senior stakeholders and external partners
- High reliability and follow-through
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment
- Ability to operate effectively across multiple functions (strategy, hiring, operations, execution)
