Job Summary

Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) promoting academic, social, vocational, and self-care skills for children and adolescents with Autism and developmental disabilities. Mentor teachers and teacher assistants while using data-driven decision-making to track student progress and refine ABA strategies. Ensure compliance with all ethical and legal standards in special education and behavior management. Incorporate the latest research and best practices into instruction. This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, a salary range of $65,000-$94,000, and tuition assistance for a Master's degree.

Required Qualifications

  • Current or pursuing MA State Teaching License in Moderate or Severe Special Education
