Job Summary
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and coaching team members to meet membership sales and retail goals. Lead spa operations by assisting with opening/closing procedures, scheduling appointments, maintaining cleanliness/presentation, and supporting administrative tasks. Promote spa services, memberships, and special offers while building lasting relationships with members and guests. Drive a positive, results-driven team culture through training, development, and daily guidance; balance leadership responsibilities with frontline guest interactions in a part-time role at the Millstone, NJ spa location.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for wellness
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability should include 10-6pm Tuesday - Saturday
