Lead Sourcing Specialist - Sourcing Management

Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end project sourcing delivery for PES CM&U business, managing supplier base assessments and developing optimized sourcing solutions from ITO to OTR phases. Serve as the primary external vendor quoting contact for complex MTO parts, leading full OTR sourcing execution, order negotiation, and vendor expediting. Collaborate cross-functionally with AE, PMO, and engineering teams to align sourcing schedules, mitigate supply chain risks, and drive annual cost-saving targets through dual-source strategies. Oversee project EAC management, lead commercial negotiations, and implement continuous improvements on sourcing workflows and documentation processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technical, Supply Chain management or Engineering
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
- Minimum 5 years of experience of Mechanical/Energy Industry Sourcing/Procurement
- Acceptable 20% travel
- Very strong customer service and results oriented mindset
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Highly motivated and detailed oriented
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer if have more than 5 years Sourcing Experience
- Sourcing experience, preferably in the Power industry
- Strong organizational skills, basic project management awareness and business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented
- Proven record of Continuous Improvement implementation
- Collaborative team player, willing to take ownership of decisions and be a results-oriented self-starter
