Job Summary
Lead high-stakes engagements for Dynatrace's largest enterprise customers by evangelizing product offerings at international trade shows and key account meetings. Architect sophisticated observability, AIOps, and security solutions, guiding proofs-of-value that demonstrate business impact at scale. Present Dynatrace's vision to C-suite executives and deliver on-stage demonstrations at industry and partner-sponsored events. Partner with sales, SDRs, and channel partners to identify new and incremental opportunities, while providing technical guidance through discovery, evaluation, and proposal stages. Gather customer feedback to inform Product Management and improve market share.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent education or experience
- 10+ years of experience with 3-5 years of relevant experience in Observability, Logs Analytics, SIEM, or cloud space
- certifications in cloud, AI, data science, or distinguished solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with LLM, Agentic AI, Cloud Observability, Cloud Architecture, MCP Servers, A2A orchestration
- Life-long curiosity and learning mindset
- Ability to develop relationship with practitioners and executives
- Enjoy presenting, demonstrating, and guiding customers with operational strategy and better business outcomes approach
- Experience with programming / scripting side technologies such as Java, .NET, PHP, Go, Node.js and database
- Advance knowledge of Operating Systems (OS) including Windows and Linux
- Experience with DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering practices
- Knowledge with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure or GCP
- Experience with modern technologies like containers, Kubernetes / OpenShift, Serverless functions, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with automation like Ansible, Puppet, Terraform
