Job Summary
Lead Solutions Consultant to partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive enterprise engagements. Build confidence and excitement around Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM platform, lead discovery sessions across marketing, social, customer care, and CX; design and present tailored solutions, demonstrate value through workshops, whiteboarding, and proof-of-concept engagements; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver demos and solution architectures; translate complex platform capabilities into business value for executive and practitioner audiences; stay current on mar-tech, CX, and industry trends; mentor peers and grow within the global presales team. Up to 40% travel; remote working within the US; role requires experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, Social Media Management, BI, and CCaaS integrations; strong storytelling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in solutions consulting/sales engineering
- Experience with SaaS and enterprise clients
- Willingness to travel up to 40% (primarily within the US)
- Current and unrestricted work authorization in the country where the role is based
