Job Summary
Lead Solutions Consultant for an enterprise AI and CX platform, focusing on designing and delivering tailored demonstrations, serving as a trusted technical advisor through complex sales cycles, and architecting scalable, AI-enhanced solutions with multi-cloud capabilities. Responsibilities include creating enterprise-grade POCs, supporting RFPs and workshops, guiding integrations and digital transformation strategies, and representing the platform to both technical and executive stakeholders. Travel up to 40% to meet clients and support high-stakes engagements. Required: 10+ years in enterprise architecture with CX/CCaaS experience, strong AI/automation/ML knowledge, ability to articulate business outcomes, and a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). Bonus for thought leadership and Fortune 500 experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture and contact center or martech ecosystems
- Experience with cloud-based CX or CCaaS platforms (Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, Five9)
- Strong knowledge of AI, automation, and ML applications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence technical and executive audiences
- Background in strategic discovery and system architecture for Fortune 500 clients
- Experience with data sharing, hybrid-cloud, multi-cloud, and streaming architectures
