Job Summary
Lead Solutions Consultant at Braze is a customer-facing role combining storytelling and technical expertise to support pre-sales activities and solution design. You’ll expand knowledge of Braze’s platform, collaborate across departments, and help clients achieve engaging multi-channel experiences. The role involves presenting technical solutions, working with teams to tailor demonstrations, and traveling to client locations up to 40% at peak times. Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, a curiosity-driven approach, and experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated pre-sales or sales engineering function, plus domain knowledge in SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics or Programming (HTML). Required Qualifications
- Experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering team
- Domain knowledge of three or more of the following: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics or Programming (HTML)
