Lead Solutions Architect - CWP

Lead Solutions Architect for CenterWell’s pharmacy technology portfolio. Owns the architectural vision across multi-system initiatives (dispensing, mail order, specialty, and clinical platforms), translating operational requirements into scalable architectures, and coordinating with engineering, product, clinical stakeholders, and vendors. Defines architectural patterns and standards, leads high-complexity programs, assesses build/buy/partner decisions, and communicates effectively with senior leadership. Requires deep software engineering roots, systems-thinking, and the ability to balance hands-on design with executive-level collaboration. Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, NCPDP) is a plus; strong focus on enterprise-scale data, cloud-native design, event-driven ecosystems, governance, and modernization within the healthcare domain. Requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence across teams, and deliver across both greenfield and legacy initiatives. Travel may be required for training or meetings.
