Job Summary
Collaborate with Enterprise customers to identify critical business challenges and gather requirements to define customer problems. Support the sales team by conducting discovery calls and delivering product demonstrations for active deals while articulating the value of Freshworks solutions to diverse audiences. Build compelling demonstrations of Freshworks products to evangelize the refreshing user experience offered by our platform. Manage multiple deals monthly with strong time management skills in a dynamic sales environment. This hybrid role requires 3x/week onsite presence at our San Mateo Headquarters. The position offers an annual base salary range of $143,565 – $177,345 USD. Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of Solution Engineering experience
- Excellent soft skills and presentation abilities
- Proven capability to work on cross-functional teams to address business and technical challenges
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated time management skills in a dynamic sales environment
- Hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3x/week (Tuesday - Thursday) from our San Mateo Headquarters
