Job Summary
Lead Solution Architect to design and oversee enterprise-scale Workday-based HR technology architectures, align technology with business goals, ensure compliance and scalability, mentor teams, stay current with Workday releases, and drive strategic roadmaps and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of relevant IT experience, including 5+ years of relevant architecture experience
- Deep understanding of Workday architectural framework (Business Process Framework, Security, Reporting, Integrations)
- Workday certifications in Core HCM or related modules are highly desirable
