Job Summary
Lead Solution Architect with deep expertise in SAP and non-SAP Finance solutions and strong Finance domain knowledge. Drive architectural leadership, influence internal customers to standardize processes and solutions, and deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations including FICO, CFIN, and integration with non-SAP technologies. Navigate complex global transformation programs, manage system integrators, and lead FP&A, planning, reporting, and analytics initiatives. Collaborate across global teams in finance-focused transformation, aiming to improve forecast accuracy, data reconciliation, and governance. Requires hands-on design and architecture experience, executive communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance strategic vision with practical delivery. Travel up to 10% is expected; role is hybrid with an office/remote mix in the UK (Sunbury).
Required Qualifications
- Proven SAP Finance experience within large enterprise environments
- Hands-on SAP FICO (FI/CO) implementation experience is crucial, including at least one end-to-end deployment
- Demonstrated experience in SAP Central Finance (CFIN) implementations within complex transformation programmes
- Demonstrated experience leading FP&A, planning, reporting, and analytics transformation programs
- A Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, MIS/IT, Mathematics, Chartered Accountancy, engineering, or equivalent work experience
