Job Summary
Lead your crew on daily job sites, coordinating tasks according to priorities and plans while supervising workers, equipment use, and the installation of residential solar systems. Guarantee that all safety precautions and quality standards are met, resolving problems as they arise. You must possess proven experience as a solar foreman with 2+ years of residential solar installation, roofing, and electrical work, alongside in-depth knowledge of solar construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines. Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a high school diploma or skilled trade certification. This role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills, effective communication, and the physical stamina to work in various conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License required
- Proven experience as a solar foreman
- In-depth knowledge of solar construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Good physical condition and stamina
- High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Residential Solar Installation experience (2+ years preferred)
- Roofing experience a plus
