Lead Software Engineer

Provide technical sales support for Business Development Managers and Account Managers. Enforce and execute all change controls while resolving incidents escalated from the service desk or NOC. Perform problem management procedures and maintain standard solutions to ensure all engineers can implement them. Execute service requests assigned via the service desk. This role requires at least five years of experience as a Lead Engineer and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
