Job Summary
Lead system development and engineering for highly complex programs by coordinating preparation, coding, testing, and debugging of workflows that utilize emerging technology. Serve as a subject matter expert to ensure development logic meets security requirements while guiding root cause analysis, problem formulation, and solution verification for the team. Provide leadership and mentorship on gathering information, researching issues, and optimizing processes, acting as a primary consultant on business status, process improvements, and technology enhancements. Coordinate integration of products and processes with company resources, participate in project proposals and proof-of-concept activities, and conduct code reviews to enforce enterprise standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field of study
- at least 5 years of development experience (ex. Angular, NodeJS, TypeScript, C++, .NET, Java, SQL)
- 9 years of related and applicable experience
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills

- Previous experience troubleshooting and developing creative technical solutions

- Experience leading or actively participating in a BizTalk migration initiative
- Experience developing and supporting BizTalk replacement solutions with newer technology stack
- Experience using BizTalk 360
- Experience using IBM MQ Server
