Job Summary
Execute creative software solutions, design, and technical troubleshooting for secure, high-quality production iOS code while reviewing and debugging work from others. Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams to probe architectural designs, and drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed. Partner with product, design, and backend teams to translate requirements into reliable iOS experiences, ensuring performance, accessibility, localization, and resiliency. Establish consistent validation standards, promote pattern reuse, and lead communities of practice across Software Engineering to share leading-edge technologies. This role supports the Consumer & Community Banking division's Self Directed Investing division, focusing on building trusted, market-leading technology products for millions of customers.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- 5+ years applied experience
- 5+ years of combined software/application development experience
- mobile development
- 3+ years of experience leading technology and mentoring a team of diverse sets of engineers
- building native iOS apps
- Strong iOS development background
- building mobile applications using Swift
- familiarity with Objective-C in mixed codebases
