Job Summary
Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate Sector - Infrastructure Platform - Specialty Platform and Service team, contributing as a core technical developer responsible for software solutions across multiple technical areas, delivering secure production code, and guiding architectural discussions and vendor interactions while promoting a culture of inclusion and engineering excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training and certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
- Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Experience developing and configuring on the ServiceNow Platform
- Understanding of ServiceNow configuration & administration with relevance to ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, SFTP, and MID servers
- Experience leveraging ServiceNow codeless technologies – Flow Designer and Integration Hub
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITBM, HR
- Experience with CMDB, and integration with other external tools
- Experience with Service Portal, Request Catalog and Automations across the ServiceNow platform
- Knowledge of AI and ML Capabilities
- Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
- Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
