Job Summary
Lead complex technology initiatives with broad companywide impact, developing standards and best practices for large-scale engineering solutions. Design, code, test, debug, and document projects while reviewing complex technology solutions against tactical and strategic business objectives. Collaborate with key technical experts and external industry groups to resolve issues, lead projects, or serve as a peer mentor. Manage incidents and change processes using Jira and ServiceNow within Agile methodologies, ensuring adherence to SLAs. Leverage deep domain understanding of the Banking industry to align solutions with regulatory and security requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of experience in implementation of Identity and Access Management solution- Saviynt preferrable
- 5+ years of experience using Java, JavaScript, XML, SQL
- Experience in SCIM and REST APIs
- Ability to design and integrate new IAM solutions with existing infrastructure
- Good leadership skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Good negotiation, conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in technology /Engineering
- Knowledge of information security concepts
- Deep working knowledge of at least one IAM tool
- Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork, contributing effectively within cross-functional and technical teams
- Propose innovative and practical technical solutions while working in a collaborative team environment
- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Maintain hands-on expertise in operating systems and relational database management systems, including Linux, WebLogic, Tomcat, Oracle, SQL Server, and related platforms
- Manage issues, incidents, and change processes using tracking tools such as Jira and ServiceNow, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs
- Work within Agile methodologies, following iterative delivery practices
- Exhibit a strong passion for hands-on technical involvement, remaining deeply engaged in engineering and operational processes
- Demonstrate high emotional intelligence, balancing leadership with active listening to guide teams effectively
- Leverage domain understanding of the Banking industry to ensure solutions align with regulatory, security, and business requirements
