Job Summary
Lead Software Engineer - Salesforce responsible for developing secure high-quality production code, reviewing code, leading evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams, driving architectural design discussions, leading communities of practice, and contributing to a culture of inclusion. Applies automation and CI/CD, agile methodologies, and in-depth Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSC, OMNI Channel) knowledge, with hands-on experience in LWC/Apex, Salesforce APIs, and integrations (including Agentforce and external LLMs) to deliver scalable, secure solutions within the Consumer & Community Banking technology portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 8+ years applied experience
- Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
- Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
- Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
- Knowledge of customization of objects, fields, record types, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, dynamic forms, validation rules, flows, approval processes, list views, reports and dashboards
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSC, and OMNI Channel
- Knowledge and hands on experience of Agentforce and/or external LLM integrations with Salesforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Programming and Administration concepts (LWC, Aura Components, Apex, Flows, Async Apex, Custom Metadata, Triggers, SOQL and Assignment rules)
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST API, BULK API) and its integration capabilities
