Job Summary
Lead Software Engineer on the Rates Technology team at JPMorganChase, accountable for designing, developing, and delivering secure, scalable software solutions across multiple business functions. Responsibilities include delivering production-quality code, code reviews and debugging, automating remediation to improve operational stability, leading architecture-design evaluations with external vendors and internal teams, and fostering communities of practice to drive adoption of new technologies. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ Years of experience in a fast paced software development team
- Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Advanced in one or more programming languages preferably Python
- Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
- Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
