Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications for the Enterprise TruRisk Platform. Own end-to-end technical delivery of features, driving architecture discussions for distributed, cloud-native systems and ensuring quality, security, and scalability requirements are met. Provide technical leadership through solution design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring engineers while collaborating with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Lead troubleshooting of complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive initiatives for performance optimization, scalability improvements, and technical debt reduction. Participate in project planning, estimation, prioritization, and release management to ensure timely delivery of commitments.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Application Backend
- Strong proficiency in Java/J2ee, including Spring framework
- Experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance, and distributed systems
- Solid understanding of Microservices, Kafka, Redis, NOSQL, RESTful APIs, HTTP, Web server, etc
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Experience with SAAS based software products and solutions for service oriented deployment in public or private clouds
- Experience in developing search based applications using Elasticsearch or OpenSearch
- Experience in monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting production systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana,ELK, or AppDynamics
- Agile Development with Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative or mix of any of them based on projects
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or Engineering equivalents
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle RDBMS / NoSQL database like Cassandra
- Experience working with large-scale data processing technologies such as Spark and Hadoop
