Job Summary
Lead Software Engineer in JPMorgan Chase Cybersecurity Technology and Controls focused on deploying, monitoring, and managing production ML models. Responsible for building scalable AI solutions, automating model deployment, maintaining CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows, managing cloud and containerized infrastructure (Docker/Kubernetes), and implementing monitoring and logging to ensure model performance. Collaborates with data scientists and software engineers to integrate model requirements, ensures security and governance, leads communities of practice, and delivers robust, secure production code.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of applied experience in cybersecurity/engineering concepts or ML Ops related roles
- Advanced Python programming skills (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn)
- Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for machine learning
- Proficient in SDLC and agile methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Hands-on experience delivering production-grade software
- Ability to design secure, high-quality production code
- Experience with model deployment automation and governance
