Job Summary
Lead Software Engineer at JPMorganChase within the Consumer & Community Bank - CAMP Technology Team, responsible for executing creative software solutions, developing secure production code, and leading architectural evaluations and communities of practice. Drives requirements gathering, designs flexible and maintainable systems, coordinates with partner teams to deliver integrated solutions, and ensures operational stability and timely delivery within budget. Requires PEGA Certification and 5+ years of hands-on experience, strong proficiency in PEGA/J2EE/Spring Boot/AWS, CI/CD, security, and cloud-native practices, plus familiarity with the financial services IT landscape.
Required Qualifications
- PEGA Certification (CLSA system architect)
- 5+ years of applied software engineering experience
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts
- Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Proficiency in PEGA, Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, AWS
- Experience with CI/CD, security, and Agile methodologies
- Experience with Pega8 and Pega24 configuration, OAuth2.0
- Cloud native experience in AWS or Kubernetes
