Job Summary
Lead Software Engineer role within JPMorgan Chase's Workforce Technology Team focusing on Oracle HCM. Responsible for mentoring and advising multiple technical teams, designing and delivering SaaS-based Oracle HCM Learning Cloud solutions, maintaining and enhancing business processes, configuring documents, and managing SR tracking in collaboration with the Learning Product Team. Requires strong experience with Oracle HCM Learning Cloud, OTBI, HDL/HSDL, Oracle Visual Builder Studio, Oracle APIs, and ServiceNow; emphasizes security, data privacy, release processes, impact analysis of releases, and proactive problem solving to minimize defects. The role involves working in an agile framework to deliver trusted, scalable technology products and to ensure compliance with regulations across the software lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams
- Passionate about building an innovative culture
- Strong experience in Oracle HCM Learning Cloud and Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI)
- Experience maintaining business processes, including configuration documents, JIRA practices, and SR tracking
- Ability to consult and sustain Oracle HCM Learning Cloud
- Provide clear and concise communication and respond in a timely manner
- Ensure security and release processes are followed to reduce risk
- Protect and ensure data privacy with regulations
- Quickly problem-solve and identify root causes
- Lead responsibilities and cross-functional collaboration
