Job Summary
Lead Software Engineer (.NET) at Thinkwise responsible for building a generic service layer that runtime-executes complete applications across thousands of users. You design abstracted components that cover hundreds of use-cases with one solution, contribute to core platform capabilities (workflows, integrations, security, API functionality), and ensure features work everywhere. You own the technical direction within a full-stack team, make decisions affecting all applications built on the platform, and work in Dutch and English. The role requires building scalable, high-performance backend systems using C#/.NET and thinking beyond individual endpoints to systemic platform design. Hybrid work arrangement with office in Apeldoorn, Gelderland, NL.
Required Qualifications
- minimum 5 years experience as backend or software engineer
