Job Summary
Lead the delivery of impactful digital transformation projects by guiding a team in designing scalable, data-driven solutions using Python, Azure, and Large Language Models. Own the entire project lifecycle from planning and budgeting to quality assurance, while managing a team of 10+ engineers to achieve Great-Place-to-Work certification. Maintain a Net Promoter Score of 50 or higher and drive €500k in annual revenue through renewals and resales. Fluent in Dutch and English, you will translate client strategies into implemented solutions while supporting team growth and ensuring high billability within this fast-growing consultancy.
Required Qualifications
- Holding professional Data Engineering and Machine Learning Databricks certifications
- Demonstrating strong expertise in data-driven application development using Python
- Hands-on experience in Azure
- Hands-on experience in GCP
- Implementing solutions leveraging Large Language Models
- Possessing a completed Master's degree
- Preferably in a scientific field
- Demonstrating a strong affinity for IT and solution building
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to proactively address potential challenges
- Being fluent in Dutch
- Being fluent in English
