Job Summary
Develop Android client code solutions that deliver on Product Strategy while adhering to established engineering best practices and design guidelines. Partner with Software Engineers, UX/UI, and Product Owners to deliver high-performing customer experiences, actively participating in agile ceremonies to ensure on-time delivery of highest quality. Mentor junior and mid-level team members, share best practices across disciplines, and identify technical obstacles early to find creative solutions. Own and lead delivery of major components in partnership with senior engineers and Architects, consistently reviewing pull requests to ensure adherence to Kotlin idioms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience
- At least 3 years of experience building Android applications
- At least 3 years of experience with Kotlin
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- 5+ years of experience building Android applications
- 4+ years of experience with Kotlin
- 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks
- 2+ years of experience with Agile practices
- Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity, utilizing capabilities beyond basic code completion
