Job Summary
The Lead App Engineer will drive the architecture, development, and delivery of iOS and Android applications. Responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of scalable mobile applications, defining engineering standards, developing high-quality applications using Swift, and contributing to Android development using Kotlin. The role requires technical leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring high code quality through automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on iOS development experience.
- Strong expertise in Swift, iOS SDK, and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
- Experience with UIKit and/or SwiftUI.
- Deep understanding of mobile app architectures such as MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing complex data flows.
- Proven experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring engineers.
Desired Qualifications
- Good to have hands-on experience with Android development using Kotlin and Jetpack components.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
