Build the clinician-in-the-loop flywheel where expertise trains the system and every scan personalizes care, while making direct contact with clinicians and members your primary working pattern to turn firsthand insights into shipped product. Lead full-stack engineering for the Medical OS team, closing gaps between back-end and front-end while mentoring engineers and defending architectural trade-offs. This role focuses on building an intelligent clinical platform that prepares briefings and handles routine coordination, enabling clinicians to spend time on clinical judgment and member interactions.
