Job Summary
Design and deploy autonomous, goal-driven intelligent agents capable of dynamic reasoning and complex workflow orchestration. Translate advanced LLM research and multi-agent frameworks into production-grade code with deterministic guardrails. Build scalable API microservices optimized for low latency during high-concurrency token generation and parallel agent execution. Implement robust telemetry frameworks to monitor agent drift, hallucination rates, and cost efficiency. Lead Proof of Concept initiatives using open-source orchestrators and custom vector infrastructures to validate solutions for enterprise-scale business workflows. Own the full lifecycle of feature delivery from alignment with product teams to final production deployment and continuous optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 6–9 years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning development
- recent hands-on experience deploying LLM-based or agentic systems into production
- proven history of successfully building, productionizing, and maintaining large-scale Machine Learning solutions
- experience with scalable backend architectures
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
