Job Summary
Define and evolve the architecture of Talent Acquisition products and software solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term maintainability. Design and implement AI- and LLM-based solutions while developing core platform and integration components. Support engineering teams in architecture and technology decisions, fostering excellence through mentoring, code reviews, and best practices. Collaborate with Senior Software Architects, Product Managers, and UX Designers to shape technical foundations and guide technical decision-making. This role requires fluency in English and experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and distributed systems. Base salary is negotiable and will not be lower than 2000€ /brutto, with remote work available within Slovakia.
Required Qualifications
- experience in software architecture and building production-grade applications
- strong knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD
- hands-on experience delivering AI or LLM-based solutions into production
- understanding of data privacy, compliance, and AI governance requirements
- ability to communicate complex technical concepts, influence architectural decisions, and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
- ability to collaborate across teams and guide technical decision-making
- are fluent in English
