Lead Software Engineer (M/F) - CDI - Paris

Job Summary
Define and maintain the global architecture vision for the Eventori ticketing platform, owning key technical decisions on refactoring, scalability, and trade-offs. Deliver the most complex critical code in both frontend and backend, leading technical challenges while writing ~70% of the code personally. Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to identify efficient delivery paths, ensure technical quality, and break down communication silos between frontend and backend. Coach existing developers to grow autonomy and facilitate alignment across teams. Translate business needs into sound technical decisions while managing on-call rotation and performance monitoring via Prometheus and Grafana.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering
- strong track record as an Individual Contributor on complex products
- Strong fullstack background with a backend-first mindset (Python)
- fully comfortable owning frontend work (Next.js or equivalent)
- You have led or mentored engineers before
- Good communication skills
- You have a native or fluent level in French
