Job Summary
Lead software development projects by spearheading innovative solutions for strategic design and development initiatives. Manage high-performing teams using hybrid methodologies, guiding developers through Agile Scrum ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and user story creation. Ensure project delivery meets timelines while overseeing SRE responsibilities, including automated testing, QA checks, and code scans to maintain quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to align software development with business objectives and foster an environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience managing high-performing teams using hybrid methodologies
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, practices, programming languages, frameworks, and tools
- Leadership skills guiding and motivating development teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements
- Proficient in project management, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
- Business acumen to understand customer needs, market trends, and align software development with business objectives
- Excellent communication skills in liaising with team members and stakeholders
- A growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development
- Customer-focused – someone who prioritizes customer success in their work

- A solid understanding of Agile Scrum Ceremonies
- Shoulder SRE responsibilities, ensuring the software being developed meets the highest quality standards through rigorous automated testing, QA checks, and meticulous code scans
- Collaborating closely with a dedicated Scrum Master, you'll work together to prioritize the backlog and create user stories that align with the INVEST acronym
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent job experience
- Experience in one or more Hyperscaler to leverage cloud-native solutions
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
