Job Summary
Technical leader on the Client Experience team with a frontend-anchored focus (React/TypeScript) and backend exposure (.NET Core). Responsibilities include shipping new features across web, mobile, and backend, driving multi-stack architectural decisions, collaborating with product/design, managing technical backlog, defining observability and reliability (dashboards, alerts, SLOs), balancing speed with robustness, leveraging AI tools responsibly, mentoring engineers, and taking ownership with autonomous problem-solving. Must demonstrate senior-level depth in frontend and backend, strong cross-functional communication, and proven ability to ship features end-to-end in a distributed team. The role emphasizes global experience, AI-enabled engineering, and a culture of collaboration and ownership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
