Lead Software Engineer

Lead Software Engineer with deep Java expertise leading technical evaluations, mentoring teams, and driving secure, high-quality production code in a modern, cloud-native environment. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable technology solutions in the CIB PTT space, lead communities of practice, and promote a culture of diversity and inclusion while ensuring operational stability and security. Key responsibilities include executing creative software solutions, reviewing and debugging production code, optimizing remediation of recurring issues, leading evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams, and advancing CI/CD practices, cloud-native architectures, and modern software development life cycle practices. Required skills include extensive Java software engineering, system design and application development, automation and CD methods, and experience mentoring junior engineers, with familiarity in agile methodologies, cloud, security, and technology domains such as AI/ML, web/mobile software, and enterprise IT systems.
