Job Summary
Lead Software Engineer responsible for guiding client-focused software delivery, shaping technical vision, and mentoring teams. You will champion best practices such as TDD, pair programming, and design patterns, participate in the full delivery lifecycle from ideation to production, advocate for continuous delivery and DevSecOps, design solutions using multiple languages and tools, collaborate with teammates to embed UX specifications, and translate business needs into software requirements while driving a culture of growth and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Java; knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js
- Experience leading software development teams
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery practices
- Knowledge of TDD, CI, pairing, and infrastructure automation
- Bonus points for AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
