Job Summary
Lead software engineering efforts to migrate and enhance a cloud-native trade processing platform for a leading investment banking technology stack. Deliver secure, scalable production code and architecture artifacts, drive data-driven improvements with visualizations and reporting, identify and automate remediation of recurring issues to enhance operational stability, and lead communities of practice while fostering a culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect. Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to advance CI/CD, cloud-native solutions, and regulatory awareness across globally distributed teams. The role emphasizes leadership, technical delivery in Java 17, Spring, microservices, AWS, Kafka/JMS ecosystems, and a strong foundation in financial services IT systems.
