Lead Software Engineer to design, build, and lead Java-based microservices with Spring Boot; drive full software development lifecycle, code quality, performance, and scalable enterprise solutions; mentor onshore and offshore developers, collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps, and QA; oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and production monitoring. Requires hands-on Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, Gradle/Maven, CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, UDeploy), cloud platforms (OpenShift, AWS/Azure), API management (Apigee), and strong debugging/monitoring skills with SQL/Oracle and NoSQL (MongoDB).
