Job Summary
Execute creative software solutions, design, and development while conducting technical troubleshooting to build robust resiliency automation. Develop secure production code, debug others' work, and identify opportunities to automate remediation of recurring issues for improved operational stability. Design backend services and automation pipelines supporting critical initiatives, then lead evaluation sessions with product owners to probe architectural designs and technical credentials. Deliver trusted, scalable technology products within a secure, stable, and agile environment, fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- 5+ years applied experience in coding Java Spring Boot
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Proven track record delivering in regulated enterprise environments
- Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
- Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
- Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline
Desired Qualifications
- 8+ years of coding experience
- Prior large-scale financial services engineering experience
- Experience in Cloud based solutions ( AWS )
- Experience in AI/ML , Generative AI solutions, Agentic Engineering
- Familiarity in Risk and Resiliency domains
