Job Summary
Execute creative software solutions, design, and development using Java, Oracle, and SQL while performing technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. Partner with stakeholders across platform technology, product strategy, portfolio management, and middle office teams to deliver resilient, scalable solutions for the firm's £5 billion UCITS ETF business. Identify opportunities to improve operational stability through proactive monitoring, automation of recurring issues, and adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices. Drive secure coding, peer review, and compliance with firmwide standards within an agile delivery environment.
