Job Summary
Lead Software Engineer in Post Tech Technology – Margin and Collateral Services responsible for executing creative software solutions, designing and developing secure, high-quality production code, leading architectural evaluations, and driving automation and CI/CD practices. Will lead communities of practice, promote adoption of new technologies, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and contribute to a culture of inclusion while ensuring stability and scalability of enterprise systems. Requires hands-on experience with enterprise, high-availability software, cloud-native capabilities, and proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL/NoSQL, and CI/CD; experience in post-trade, margin, and collateral processing is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building enterprise, high-availability software solutions
- Experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, React JS, Python, etc.)
- Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
- Skilled in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security
- Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
- Practical cloud-native experience
- Proficient in working with SQL and NoSQL databases
