Job Summary
Lead Software Engineer in the CTO team at JPMorganChase delivering secure, scalable technology products. You will collaborate with agile teams to enhance and build trusted solutions, contribute to production code and review others, identify opportunities to automate remediation and improve operational stability, lead evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs, and drive communities of practice across Software Engineering to promote new and leading-edge technologies. The role emphasizes advancing a culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect while applying hands-on design, development, testing, and operational skills across cloud-native environments.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Golang)
- Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
- Skilled in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Advanced understanding of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security
- Practical cloud native experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile)
