Job Summary
Lead Software Engineer-Golang at JPMorganChase within the Consumer & Community Banking, contributing as a core technical contributor to scalable cloud-native software solutions, mentoring engineers, leading architectural discussions, and driving operational stability across SDLC in an agile environment. Responsibilities include designing scalable cloud-native software, mentoring engineers, solving complex technical problems beyond routine approaches, developing secure production code, automating remediation of recurring issues, and leading communities of practice around new technologies. Preferred with experience in API/event-driven architectures and infrastructure as code.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- 5+ years applied experience
- Hands-on practical experience delivering system design
- Experience with Golang or Python or AWS or Java or Terraform or Typescript
- Proficiency in test automation and CI/CD
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum)
- Knowledge of software design principles and patterns
- Leadership experience in software projects
