Job Summary
Work closely cross-functionally to translate customer needs from concept to deployment, building and maintaining user-facing products across React, Remix, TypeScript, and Golang. Navigate a fast-moving environment with significant ownership to define new engineering practices for an AI-native development environment while leveraging AI tools as a co-pilot in discovery and delivery. Mentor other engineers to scale the engineering culture and shape technical direction for the cross-functional product team.
Required Qualifications
- A track record of owning technical initiatives
- Being a senior technical voice in the room on a given problem
- Product and commercial thinking
- Comfortable moving between frontend and backend development
- A curiosity and excitement about using AI tools to build better software faster
- Experience setting or influencing engineering practices
- A track record of mentoring or supporting other engineers
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with React, Remix, and TypeScript
