Job Summary
Lead and coordinate a cross-functional software team through the entire development life cycle, setting technical direction and driving delivery for performance-critical C/C++ systems. Design, build, and maintain real-time software using Python for automation and prototyping within Linux environments, leveraging GitLab and containerization for reproducible deployments. Shape the technical baseline from requirements through test documentation, while mentoring engineers and resolving complex debugging challenges. Communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences ranging from fellow engineers to program leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field
- 5+ years of job-related experience
- Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
