Job Summary
Lead the design, development, testing, and delivery of high-quality, scalable enterprise software for the Allocation Based Registration product, taking end-to-end ownership from requirements analysis through production support. Provide technical leadership by mentoring team members, championing AI-driven development practices, and establishing best practices for responsible AI usage and automated testing. Architect robust, maintainable solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements while driving continuous improvement in architecture, tooling, and engineering processes. Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused SaaS solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience developing enterprise software using Node.JS, React, TypeScript, and AWS in a product-based organization
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot (or equivalent AI coding assistants) for code generation, refactoring, testing, and debugging
- Ability to create and maintain repository-level AI instruction files (e.g., copilot-instructions.md) to enforce coding standards and development practices
- Strong prompt engineering skills for development, testing, and documentation workflows
- Sound judgment to review, validate, and refine AI-generated code before production use
- Understanding of AI governance, including traceability, responsible AI usage, and cost optimization
- Strong experience building modern web applications with React and TypeScript
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, Artifactory, GitOps, or similar technologies
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as ECS, ECR, Lambda, DocumentDB, and related cloud-native technologies
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar provisioning tools
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, data structures, and software engineering best practices
- Experience designing and building highly available, distributed, and scalable enterprise systems
- Experience working in Agile development environments with a strong focus on quality and continuous delivery
- Proven ability to mentor and coach engineers while fostering technical excellence across the team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
- Must be available for onsite work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AI-assisted test generation (e.g., Playwright MCP) and agentic AI workflows/MCP server integrations
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver, CodeUI, JUnit, JMeter, or similar testing tools
- Experience with Java
- Scrum Master certification or experience facilitating Agile teams
